What happened to Metabolic Aftershock
I created these workouts, but I didn't own or run the companies that sold them (most people knew them as Metabolic Living, Natural Health Sherpa and metabolic.com), and I haven't worked with them in several years. As far as I can tell, they're no longer operating, which is why the old websites and logins stopped working. I spent a few years getting the rights to share my workouts, and I've made every one of them free.

Questions people ask
Is Metabolic Aftershock still available?
Yes, for free. Dr. Jade Teta created Metabolic Aftershock and has made the workouts free on the Metabolic Human YouTube channel at youtube.com/@metabolichuman. The companies that used to sell it appear to be no longer operating.
Why is the Metabolic Aftershock website down?
The Metabolic Aftershock website and login belonged to the companies that sold the program, not to Jade Teta. He hasn't worked with them in several years, and as far as he can tell they're no longer operating. You don't need a login anymore: the workouts are free on YouTube.
Can Jade Teta help with an old Metabolic Aftershock order, refund or charge?
No. He never had access to those companies' orders or accounts. If you were charged for something that never arrived, the number on the back of your card can help.
What I'm doing now
My interest has always been the two-way street between mind and metabolism. The workouts stay free for everyone. If you want the full system around them, with a weekly lesson and meal plan, a coach you can ask anytime and live calls twice a month, that's Metabolic Human, at a price almost anyone can afford.
