I study how humans actually change.
I’ve spent my whole life inside personal transformation… first in the gym as a trainer, then in clinical work as a coach and counselor, and now as the founder of Next Level Human.
I’ve been immersed in natural medicine, biochemistry, psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy — not as theory, but as tools to answer one practical question: why change often fails… and what makes it durable.
The short version
I didn’t “discover” this later. I lived it. I started training people as a teenager, then moved through clinical work, coaching, counseling, and education… always trying to understand what separates insight from change.
The pattern I kept seeing was simple: most people try to change from the surface. They focus on behaviors, tactics, and motivation… and they get temporary wins. Then stress hits, life shifts, and the old default returns.
Durable change requires deeper alignment: identity structures, subconscious patterns, emotional holding, and nervous system capacity. When those layers shift, behavior becomes repeatable… and biology begins to adapt to what repeats.
- Rewrite: edit and integrate identity narratives.
- Rewire: unwind emotional holding patterns.
- Retrain: train the nervous system through lived repetition.
That work lives inside Next Level Human.
