In order to leave behind who we currently are and become someone we want to be, it’s common to make a list of changes that need to happen, or habits that we must adopt, or new behaviors we need to reproduce, and just try to implement these things daily. None of these matter, if we don’t change inside.
Dr. Jade dives deep into the idea that in order to change, we need to first be the change and really start acting and thinking like the person we want to become. Going about a list of to dos and just hoping for the change to happen is what most people do, and that’s why most people fail to change.
