You are different metabolically, psychologically and in your personal preferences.  This means you need a unique approach built by you for you.  However, you also need to know where to start; a blueprint if you will.  This helps you understand the basics so you can then adjust, tweak and sleuth—like a detective— to eventually create the program perfect for you.
